采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对高校体育教师职业高原进行了调查与分析。结果表明:1)高校体育教师职业高原居中等程度。层级高原上的分值最高,内容高原上的分值最低;2)高校体育教师总体高原及各维度随年龄、教龄的增加而不断上升,其中,层级高原的升幅最为明显;总体高原没有显著的性别差异,但在内容高原维度上的差异非常显著(P〈0.01);总体高原以及趋中高原、层级高原二维度上都存在显著的学历差异(P〈0.01)。结论:高校体育教师职业高原处于中等水平,各维度在不同性别、年龄、学历、教龄间存在显著性差异。
採用文獻資料法、問捲調查法、訪談法等研究方法,對高校體育教師職業高原進行瞭調查與分析。結果錶明:1)高校體育教師職業高原居中等程度。層級高原上的分值最高,內容高原上的分值最低;2)高校體育教師總體高原及各維度隨年齡、教齡的增加而不斷上升,其中,層級高原的升幅最為明顯;總體高原沒有顯著的性彆差異,但在內容高原維度上的差異非常顯著(P〈0.01);總體高原以及趨中高原、層級高原二維度上都存在顯著的學歷差異(P〈0.01)。結論:高校體育教師職業高原處于中等水平,各維度在不同性彆、年齡、學歷、教齡間存在顯著性差異。

By means of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the phenomenon of Physical Education teacher's career plateau.The result shows that: 1) the Physical Education teachers' career plateau is in moderate level.The PE teachers get lowest secores in content plateau while highest in hierarchical plateau;2) The total plateau and factors change with the increase of their teaching time and their age,the level of hierarchical plateau is significant increase;There is no significant gender difference in total plateau,hierarchical plateau and centralized plateau,but the gender difference in content plateau(P0.01);There are extremely evident difference in total plateau,centralized plateau and hierarchical plateau among the Physical Education teachers with different educational background(P0.01).The conclusion is Physical Education teachers' career plateau is at moderate level,there are evident differences in the various factors between different gender,age,educational background,the teaching time and so on.
