目的:探讨补充谷氨酰胺对过度训练大鼠肾脏滤过屏障形态结构和功能的影响及其可能的机制。方法:将30只雄性大鼠随机分为3组,分别为对照组(C)、过度训练组(OT)、过度训练+补充谷氨酰胺组(OG)。检测各组大鼠肾组织SOD活性和MDA含量以及尿液总蛋白、白蛋白和β-微球蛋白含量,并观察各大鼠肾脏滤过屏障形态结构的变化。结果:电镜下,过度训练组大鼠肾组织出现毛细血管球系膜增生,基膜基质增多,足细胞肿胀、融合,裂孔不清晰等变化;OG组大鼠肾小球基底膜厚度均匀一致;足细胞排列有序,偶见足细胞足突有轻度融合现象,裂孔大小均匀一致。与C组相比,OT组大鼠血清睾酮水平显著降低,皮质醇水平显著增高,尿液中的TP、Alb、β2-MG含量显著增高,肾组织SOD活性显著下降,MDA水平显著升高;与OT组相比,OG组SOD活性显著升高,MDA水平显著下降,尿液TP、Alb、β2-MG含量显著降低。结论:谷氨酰胺可能是通过提高肾脏的抗氧化能力和加快自由基的清除的机制,实现了对过度训练大鼠肾脏滤过屏障形态结构完整性的维持。

목적:탐토보충곡안선알대과도훈련대서신장려과병장형태결구화공능적영향급기가능적궤제。방법:장30지웅성대서수궤분위3조,분별위대조조(C)、과도훈련조(OT)、과도훈련+보충곡안선알조(OG)。검측각조대서신조직SOD활성화MDA함량이급뇨액총단백、백단백화β-미구단백함량,병관찰각대서신장려과병장형태결구적변화。결과:전경하,과도훈련조대서신조직출현모세혈관구계막증생,기막기질증다,족세포종창、융합,렬공불청석등변화;OG조대서신소구기저막후도균균일치;족세포배렬유서,우견족세포족돌유경도융합현상,렬공대소균균일치。여C조상비,OT조대서혈청고동수평현저강저,피질순수평현저증고,뇨액중적TP、Alb、β2-MG함량현저증고,신조직SOD활성현저하강,MDA수평현저승고;여OT조상비,OG조SOD활성현저승고,MDA수평현저하강,뇨액TP、Alb、β2-MG함량현저강저。결론:곡안선알가능시통과제고신장적항양화능력화가쾌자유기적청제적궤제,실현료대과도훈련대서신장려과병장형태결구완정성적유지。
Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of glutamine and soybean peptide supplementation on the structure of kidney filtration barrier and component of urinary of over-training rats.Methods: 40 male rats were randomly divided into four groups,namely the control group(C),over-training group(OT),and over-training + glutamine group(OG).Examine the activity of SOD and levels of MDA in the kidney,and examine the content of TP,Alb,β2-MG and observe the changes of filtration barrier in every group.Results:Under the electron microscope,the OT group appeared glomerulus mesangium hyperplasia,glomerular basement membrane increased,podocyte swelled,inosculate,and the slit pore was not clearly.The thickness of glomerular basement membrane symmetrical,the array of podocyte orderly,and the foot process appeared light amalgamation occasionally.The slit pore was symmetrical of OG group.Compared with C,OT rats'serum testosterone levels and SOD activity significantly decreased,corticosterone levels and SOD were significantly increased at the same time.The content of TP、Alb、β2-MG in urine increased roughly.Compared with OT group,the content of MDA in the kidney,and TP、Alb、β2-MG of OG group in urine decreased significantly,while the activity of SOD increased obviously.Conclusion:The supplement of glutamine had obviously effects on maintaining the structure of kidney filtration barrier by increasing the activity of SOD and decreasing the level MDA in the kidney.
