采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数量统计法等方法编制运动员自我控制能力问卷,问卷由自我效能、自我监督、情绪控制及行为控制四个维度构成,含有24个题目,具有较好的信效度。探讨了不同性别、年龄、等级、运动年限的运动员的自我控制能力差异,为后继研究提供参考工具。

The methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and statistics analysis are adopted to draft the athletes self-control questionnaire. The questionnaire is composed of four factors,namely,self-efficiency,selfsupervision,mental control and action control.With 24 questions,the questionnaire has 24 high reliability and validity.The differences of self-control ability of athletes from different genders,ages,levels and training ages are discussed,and the results provide references to the research in the future.
