对酯水解的动力学常数测定实验进行改进,通过使用带恒温装置的紫外可见分光光度计,在一定pH值和恒温条件下测定具有三脚架型的二乙烯三胺锌配合物催化磷酸双酯BNPP水解的吸光度随时间的变化,进一步求算出催化磷酸双酯水解的二级速率常数,有助于学生掌握测定配合物催化酯水解的动力学参数。
對酯水解的動力學常數測定實驗進行改進,通過使用帶恆溫裝置的紫外可見分光光度計,在一定pH值和恆溫條件下測定具有三腳架型的二乙烯三胺鋅配閤物催化燐痠雙酯BNPP水解的吸光度隨時間的變化,進一步求算齣催化燐痠雙酯水解的二級速率常數,有助于學生掌握測定配閤物催化酯水解的動力學參數。

The improvement of experimental determination of the kinetic constant of ester hydrolysis was discussed.At a certain value of pH and temperature,the absorbance variations with time during the reaction of the phosphate diester BNPP hydrolysis catalyzed by the tripodal diethylenetriamine zinc complex were determined by means of the UV-Vis spectrophotometer with the thermostatically controlled equipment.Furthermore,the second order rate constant of the BNPP hydrolysis was calculated,which is helpful for students to acquaint the kinetic constant determination of esters hydrolysis catalyzed by the complex.
