随着社会主义市场经济和民主政治的发展,我们要突破传统的静态稳定观,逐步构建以民主、发展、机制、可持续为核心的动态稳定观。多党合作制度是构建动态稳定观的重要途径。在价值判断层面,政党关系的和谐性与多党合作制度运行机制设置的合理性,使多党合作制度对维护社会稳定具有本质优势;在现实判断层面,多党合作维护社会稳定的功能并未发挥充分。因此,需要在观念上突破＂革命惯性＂的窠臼,充分认识多党合作制度的社会性价值,努力提升其制度化水平,打造现代政治文化。

With the development of socialist market economy and democratic politics,we need to get out of traditional outlook of static stability,and gradually establish dynamic stability outlook with democracy,development,mechanism and sustainability as its core contents.The Multi-Party Cooperation System is an important way of establishing such dynamic stability outlook.With respect to value judgment,due to the harmonious relations between parties and the rationality of its operating mechanism,the Multi-Party Cooperation System has natural advantages in safeguarding social stability.With respect to practical judgment,its role in safeguarding social stability has not been brought into full play.Therefore,we must get out of the stereotype of ＂revolutionary inertia＂,fully understand the social value of Multi-Party Cooperation System,make all the efforts to improve its systemization,and build up modern political culture.
