首先,通过文献资料法、双向行为事件访谈法确定休闲体育俱乐部指导员21项胜任特征要素,并通过对比发现,在指导员的21项的胜任特征要素中＂诚实正直＂、＂沟通能力＂、＂调动积极性＂等14项要素可以被学员直接感知,而＂建立关系＂、＂客户能力＂等7项要素并不能被学员所直接感知。其次,在对获得的数据进行统计时发现,休闲体育俱乐部指导员和学员胜任特征的频次都具有较为良好的稳定性;休闲体育俱乐部指导员和学员胜任特征编码都具有较高的信度;休闲体育俱乐部指导员胜任特征能对绩优组和一般组进行有效的区分,具有较高的效度。因此,采用双向行为事件访谈法对休闲体育俱乐部指导员胜任特征要素构成的研究是有效的。

Through methods of literature study,two-way behavioral event interview and statistics,the paper studied the components of competence of leisure sports club instructors and divided the competence into 24 categories.The results showed that 14 components were favored by the students interviewed,which included honesty and integrity,communication skills,enthusiam and stimulation.The other seven components that included relation establishment and customer capability were not chosen by the students.It was revealed through relative statistics that the frequency of the components of the leisure club instructors and students was stable,and the coding was creditable.The group with good performances could be distinguished from the group with average performances.The adoption of two way behavioral event interview proved to be valid.
