从语言行为理论的哲学背景入手,分析奥斯汀言语行为二分说的内涵,指出这一理论首次区分了言有所述和言有所为的概念;改变了人们对＂语言＂和＂世界＂的认识;完善了人们对语言本质的认识。奥斯汀对＂恰当性条件＂的探索揭示了逻辑实证主义意义真值论的谬误,对法律行为与伦理规范行为的解释与建构提供了有益的工具。但奥斯汀二分说将语言的＂意义＂或＂功能＂仅仅取决于＂抽象＂的语言关系,忽略了语言的约定和使用的语境。

From the philosophical background and the implications of Austin＇s dichotomy in speech act,point out that his dichotomy,for the first time in history,distinguished performatives and constatives,and redefined the relationship between language and the world,perfected people＇s concept of language itself.Austin＇s felicity conditions not only reveals the fallacy of the truth value of logical positivism but also has become an useful tool in the explanation and construction of legal acts and ethnical codes.But Austin believed that the abstract relationship of language alone was responsible for the meaning and functions of language,thus neglecting the role of language conventions and language context.
