两个实验考察汉字早期字形加工阶段的词汇习得的年龄效应。实验1采用模糊字辨认的方法,实验2采用视冀持续时间阈限测定的方法。结果表明:汉字早期字形加工阶段存在词汇习得的年龄效应,即汉字习得的年龄越早,字形加工的速度越快。研究结果支持了网络可塑性假设对词汇习得年龄效应的解释。

Two experiments explored the effects of acquisition age on early orthographic processing stage of Chinese character recognition. In EXperiment 1, we measuredthe latency and accuracy of identifying blurry characters. The latency was faster for early acquired characters than the late acquired ones and the accuracy was higher for early acquired characters than late acquired ones. In Experiment 2, the visual duration threshold was measured for both early and late acquired characters. The results showed ,that early acquired characters were identified at shorter display durations than late acquired characters. In summary, the two experiments provide empirical evidence that acquisition age affects early orthographic processing during Chinese character recognition.
