通过对北京高校体育组和非体育组学生体成分、心肺功能进行对比研究,旨在了解二者之间相关关系,为大学生科学地参加体育活动提供参考依据。本文以北京高校体育专业和非体育专业男学生为主进行测试,结果表明二者身高、体重及体成分没有显著性差异,但相对摄氧量、最大摄氧量和在无氧阈时的摄氧量、相对摄氧量有显著性差异。

A comparative study has been made between sports majors and non-majors in Beijing about their body composition and heart and lung function.The purpose of the study is to understand the relationship between body composition and heart and lung function and to provide reference for university students to participate physical training in a scientific way.In this paper,the test was conducted mainly among male students in universities of Beijing.The results show that there is no obvious difference between the two groups in height,weight and body composition,whereas,there are obvious differences in their relative oxygen uptake,maximal oxygen uptake as well as oxygen uptake and relative oxygen uptake at anaerobic threshold.
