论述了生物柴油对国家能源安全的重要性,分析了国内外生物柴油生产概况,探讨了中国发展木本油料生物柴油的机遇与障碍,指出通过制订木本油料能源树种发展和生物柴油开发利用总体规划、建立和完善生物柴油产业化生产体系和市场发展机制、加强木本油料能源树种的良种繁育研究和高效能源林基地建设实现生物柴油产业化发展。

As the new alternative energy sources,bio-diesel industry is developing rapidly in the world.The importance to the national energy security of bio-diesel was discussed,overview of biodiesel production at home and abroad was analysized,the opportunities and obstacles to explore China＇s development of wood-oil bio-diesel fuel was probed.To realized the wood-oil bio-diesel industrialization,the overall plan of wood-oil energy trees species and bio-diesel development utilization should be formulated,the bio-diesel industrial production systems and market development mechanisms should be established and improved,wood-oil energy species breeding research and efficient energy forest base construction should be strengthened.
