Knowledge services Information services Model of "Three Worlds"
将国内现有关于知识服务与信息服务关系的研究观点划分为三类,即服务发展阶段论、服务基底改变论、价值取向转型论,并深入剖析其理论观点和不足之处。在此基础上,引入波普尔“三个世界”理论,从服务者、服务对象和服务工具三方面对知识服务和信息服务之间的区别和联系进行深入剖析。
將國內現有關于知識服務與信息服務關繫的研究觀點劃分為三類,即服務髮展階段論、服務基底改變論、價值取嚮轉型論,併深入剖析其理論觀點和不足之處。在此基礎上,引入波普爾“三箇世界”理論,從服務者、服務對象和服務工具三方麵對知識服務和信息服務之間的區彆和聯繫進行深入剖析。

In this article, the current research on the relationship between information services and knowledge services was classified into three categories i. e. theories of service developing stage, theories of service base change, and theories of value orientation transformation whose theory perspectives and disadvantages were also discussed. The model of "Three worlds" of Popper was introduced to analyze the differences and relations between information services and knowledge services from three aspects, service providers, service objects and service tools.
