尽管合作和礼貌在言语交际中占有主导地位,但在实际交际中还是存在言语上的冲突和冒犯。言语冒犯是指说话人以言语为手段,客观上引起听话人的不快或对听话人心理上的伤害,从而使对方在交际中处于不利地位的一种言语行为。本文首先对其定义和特性进行辨识,并在此基础上,探讨了言语冒犯的形成机制和根源,即话语根源和社会心理根源。

Although it is suggested that the daily routine conversation is often cooperative and harmonious, yet conflict and offensive talk still exists and it should be examined closely. This study attempts to explore offensive talk from the pragmatic perspective. First, it clarifies the definition and the feature of offensive talk. Then, its generating mechanism and social and psychological causes are investigated.
