在博物馆、纪念馆和爱国主义教育示范基地免费开放的背景下,花明楼和韶山景区的经营管理格局发生了重大变化。实地调研的结果表明,两景区同时面临着游客数量猛增、收入急剧减少、管理难度加大、员工积极性降低等问题,但在发展趋势上却存在差异。对两景区的比较研究发现,体制、产品结构、管理的规范化程度和社区关系是免费开放背景下影响红色旅游景区发展的关键因素,应当在这些方面寻求改进,以此推进红色旅游景区的发展。

Under the free open background of museums,memorial halls and patriotic education demonstration,the operation and management pattern of HuaMinglou and ShaoShan attractions are changed.The results of field research show that the two attractions are facing some problems,for example,rapidly increase of the number of tourists,a sharp decline in revenue,more difficult of management,the reduce of staff＇s enthusiasm,and so on,but there is a difference on the development trend.Through comparative study of the two attractions,it found that the system,structure of products,The degree of standardized management,and community relations are key factors that impact the development of red tourism scenic areas basing on free open.the red tourism attractions should should seek to improve in these areas in order to push the development forward.
