着眼信息化战争的机遇与挑战，世界军事强国都十分重视高素质新型军事人才的锻造培养，全面致力于军校办学理念重塑与院校教育教学改革创新。文中借鉴外军院校军事教育改革经验，从贴近实战、教员队伍与部队军官接轨、任职教育与部队训练衔接、实施开放办学等方面对我军院校教育转型的启示进行了探讨。
착안신식화전쟁적궤우여도전，세계군사강국도십분중시고소질신형군사인재적단조배양，전면치력우군교판학이념중소여원교교육교학개혁창신。문중차감외군원교군사교육개혁경험，종첩근실전、교원대오여부대군관접궤、임직교육여부대훈련함접、실시개방판학등방면대아군원교교육전형적계시진행료탐토。
Based on opportunities and challenges in information operation, the military powerful countries all over the world attach great importance to cultivate modern military talents with high qualities, reshape the school running ideas, and carry forward the educational reforms. Using the experience of foreign countries for reference, this paper discusses its enlightenment to us from four aspects as following： making the educational reform more close to the practice, integrating teaching staff with milit~ary officers, connecting post-oriented education with military training, and adhering to an open policy.
