目的:探究不同运动强度对男子赛艇运动员红细胞内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的影响及可能机制;方法:12名男子赛艇运动员在划船测功仪上,分别进行60%、75%和90%V.O2max强度运动20min,测定运动后血浆NO含量、红细胞eNOS活性、红细胞eNOS蛋白总量及eNOS磷酸化水平;结果:运动强度为60%和75%.VO2max时,血浆NO含量、红细胞eNOS活性及Ser1177-eNOS磷酸化水平显著升高。运动强度为90%.VO2max时,血浆NO含量、红细胞eNOS活性和蛋白总量,以及Ser1177-eNOS磷酸化水平显著降低;结论:低强度和中等强度运动可通过增加Ser1177-eNOS磷酸化水平上调红细胞eNOS-NO系统功能,而大强度运动生物效应与之相反。

Objective:To explore the effects of different exercise intensity on erythrocyte endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in male rowing athletes.Methods:12 male rowing athletes performed different exercise intensity at 60%,75% and 90%O2max for 20minutes respectively on a rowing ergometer.The plasma nitric oxide (NO) content,activity of erythrocyte eNOS,amount of total erythrocyte eNOS protein and level of phosphorylation states of eNOS were measured after every process of exercise.Results:After 60% and 75%O2max exercise,plasma NO content,activity of eNOS and level of Ser1177-eNOS were significantly increased.In contrast,after 90%O2max exercise,plasma NO content,activity and total amount of erythrocyte eNOS,and level of Ser1177-eNOS were significantly decreased.Conclusion:Low and moderate intensity exercise can activate erythrocyte eNOS through up-regulation of Ser1177-eNOS,which may be down-regulate by high intensity exercise.
