基于特质完美主义与状态完美主义的概念,观察两者在体育运动技能学习中对成绩的关联效应,旨在验证完美主义的特质与状态在具体事件中存在着效应差异的假设,从而解释目前相关研究发现完美主义的悖效应问题。研究采用Frost的《多维完美主义量表》(Mul-tidimensional Perfectionism Scale,1990)和Stoll、Lau、Stoeber的《运动多维完美主义量表》(Mul-tidimensional Inventoryof Perfectionism in Sport,2008),测量特质完美主义和状态完美主义,随机选取了普通高校体育舞蹈选项课的女大学生126名组成研究样本,被试学习一组体育舞蹈"恰恰恰"的3个步形。学习测试分为4个纵向单元,分别获取完美主义与学习成绩的数据,对其进行相关与多元回归分析。结果显示,特质完美主义与状态完美主义在定义上一致,但是两者对体育舞蹈学习的关联效应存在着差异。4次成绩测试中,特质完美主义与学习成绩无关,而状态完美主义的消极情绪反应维度与其中3次的学习成绩存在着负相关关系。进一步的回归分析发现,第4次测试的状态完美主义的积极方面表现了任务导向的延时效应。研究认为,尽管特质完美主义与状态完美主义之间存在着相关性,但任务导向特征表明,只有状态完美主义才能影响学习的效果。

Based on the conceptions of the trait and status perfectionism,this paper explored the relationship among performance,trait and status perfectionism at the learning situation in sports.The main purpose was to test the hypothesis that there would be different effects on a specific task between trait and status perfectionism and explain the paradoxical effects of perfectionism found from the current research.To measure the trait and status perfectionism,126 female college students,who taking the sport dancing class,completed both the Frost’s Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (1990)and Stoll et.al.’s Multidimensional Inventory of Perfectionism in Sport (2008).Meanwhile,the participations learned the sport "cha-cha" dance and their performance were tested through 4 sections.The correlation analysis revealed the consistency of the trait and status perfectionism.The regression analysis showed,however,different effects on performance between trait and status perfectionism.More specifically,the trait perfectionism had no relation with performance in 4 sections,but the negative mention response of status perfectionism related negatively to performance in the 3 sections.The further regression analysis showed that the positive response of status perfectionism measured in the 4th section had the time-lapse effects on the task.The conclusions was that although there was relationship between trait and status of perfectionism,the characteristics of perfectionism toward task showed that only status of perfectionism could predict performance.
