对于大规模的灾后伤员救助工作,基于伤员群体人数增长的确定性模型和一定数目的救护车,分别给出了以救助工期和总的加权救助时间最小化为目标的救护车分配优化模型,得到了松弛问题分配到每个伤员簇中救护车数目的解析表达式.通过选取合适的权重,这两个模型松弛问题的解是一致的.基于松弛问题的解析解,给出了原问题的求解步骤.最后数值算例表明了所给模型的有效性.

The sudden and tremendous demanding for emergency medical service is one of the feathers of large-scale emergencies, so it is important to depict the emergency resources required accurately in rescuing casualties. Based on the model which depicts how a cluster grows after a disaster strikes and given a number of ambulances, optimization models of ambulances allocation which minimizing the objectives of rescuing makespan and weighted total flow time respectively is presented, and the analyzing formulation of the number of ambulances assigned to each cluster is obtained. It is interesting that the ambulances assignment plans of the minimizing makespan model is accordance with that of the minimizing weighted total flow time model through weight properly chosen. The numerical case illustrates the validity and efficiency of the given models.
