The Chinese women＇s tennis players are more independent in their training,allowed to choose their own coaches,the matches to attend and how to split their award money,which means that the women＇s tennis has been more professional.However,Government-sponsored Sports System will still be important and the younger players should be encouraged to compete and more soceity sponsored tennis training should be promoted.
