利用河北省承德、邯郸两地农村调研数据,建立SUR模型,从微观角度分析了家庭生育的孩子数量、性别等因素对家庭经济效益的影响。研究得出,在控制其他变量以及考虑政策外生育条件下,孩子数量和家庭拥有的男孩数对家庭的收入和支出有着显著影响,且这种影响在山区（承德）农村较平原（邯郸）地区农村家庭更为明显。与此同时,对差别性生育政策的合理性及其适用性进行了论证。

By using the survey data of rural areas in Cheng De and Han Dan,Hebei Province,this study established SUR model,and from the micro level analyzed the influences on economic benefits of the family from the number of child birth,gender and other factors.Results indicate that by controlling other variables and considering illegal reproduction,numbers of children and numbers of boys have a significant effect on income and expenditure of the family,and this effect in rural areas of the mountains（Cheng De） is more evident than in rural households of plain regions（Han Dan）.Meanwhile,the rationality and applicability of the different fertility policy have been demonstrated.
