劳动是人格主体的自由、自主和自觉的创造性活动。马克思通过劳动道德价值论实现了价值哲学与经济哲学的统一，实现了唯物史观与价值观、社会历史与人的价值、现实之人与主体之人的统一。马克思从“谋生性劳动”中发现人的异化、剥削、不平等和奴役等价值形态．从“自主性劳动”中发现了人的自由、全面发展和社会和谐等价值形态。马克思的劳动道德价值论。是生命主义与人格主义的统一。其蕴涵的价值旨趣是社会公平与正义。人类的一切解放最终是历史的解放．而历史的解放又是通过人的劳动来实现．劳动解放成为衡量人类文明的一种客观价值尺度。

Labor is the autonomous and conscious creative activities of a personality subject. Marx unified the philosophy of value and the philosophy of economy through the labor theory of value and morality. He also unified the materialistic view of history and the view of value, social history and the value of man, and the realistic man and the subject man. Marx found various forms of value in ＂the labor for survival＂ such as the alienation of man, exploitation, inequality and enslavement. In the ＂autonomous labor＂, he found the freedom and all-around development of the man and social harmony. Marx＇s labor theory of value and morality refers to the unity of life doctrine and personalism. The implied value is social equality and justice. The ultimate liberation of human beings is the liberation of history, which is realized through human labor. Thus, the liberation of labor becomes an objective value measurement for human civilization.
