Ways to quicken the development of Tumen River Region include the following six key points： 1.to strengthen the infrastructure and upgrade the public service;2.to enhance the environment protection and stimulate the development of tourism;3.to perfect the regional layout of production and encourage the formation of industry-clustering;4.to actively learn advanced experience and focus on regional advantages;5.to effect favorable policies and create preferable environment for investment;6.to accelerate the international interaction and accomplish regional economic cooperation.
