本文对言语冒犯和冒犯性言语行为进行了界定，对汉语冒犯性言语行为的构成进行了描述性分析，揭示了冒犯程度和言语行为类型的关系，并探究了汉语冒犯性言语行为的话语结构，揭示了其会话进程，即通过相邻对了解了冒犯性言语行为的发生情况，从听话人的回应当中发掘了冒犯实施的证据，通过其后继发展，研究了该言语行为的发展进程和终结过程；文章还从和谐社交关系的管理角度，解释了汉语冒犯性言语行为发生的原因。
本文對言語冒犯和冒犯性言語行為進行瞭界定，對漢語冒犯性言語行為的構成進行瞭描述性分析，揭示瞭冒犯程度和言語行為類型的關繫，併探究瞭漢語冒犯性言語行為的話語結構，揭示瞭其會話進程，即通過相鄰對瞭解瞭冒犯性言語行為的髮生情況，從聽話人的迴應噹中髮掘瞭冒犯實施的證據，通過其後繼髮展，研究瞭該言語行為的髮展進程和終結過程；文章還從和諧社交關繫的管理角度，解釋瞭漢語冒犯性言語行為髮生的原因。

Based on the clarified definition of offensive talk and offensive speech act, the study first makes a descriptive analysis of the components of OSA, and exams the relation between the offending degree and the types of speech acL Then by discussing its conversational structure, the conversational process is also investigated. From the adjacency pair of offensive speech act, we fully understand the question ： how offensive speech act is triggered and panned out. From the response of hearer, we find the evidences of offence. And the process and forms of resolution are probed into by its follow-up moves. Finally, the causes of offensive speech act are analyzed from the perspective of rapport relational management.
