精益生产的成功实施需要与之适配的组织变革。文章以Leavitt的组织变革模型为基础,通过比较分析组织变革的四个维度:组织结构、工作特性、人员因素、技术对比大规模生产方式和精益生产方式的不同,提出了精益生产的操作化定义,为进一步的实证研究奠定了基础。

The successful implementation of lean production needs adaptive organization change.The paper is based on Leavitt's organizational change model and adds the factors of relationship change between organizations.And then by comparing mass production with lean production in five aspects of organizational change,including organizational structure,task,people,technology and relationship between organizations,the paper discusses the conceptual definition and main components of lean production practices and provide foundation for the next empirical study.
