黄河三角洲开发建设已正式上升为国家战略。其多元化的发展迫切要求高效、快捷的信息服务。中国石油大学（华东）图书馆应以其丰富的文献信息资源、人才优势、硬件优势及区位优势为基础，通过建设科技文献资源共享平台、建设地方文献数据库、提供定题服务、提供信息咨询等途径，为黄河三角洲开发建设开展多层次、多形式的文献信息服务，促进黄河三角洲地区经济的快速发展，使其文献信息资源发挥出巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
黃河三角洲開髮建設已正式上升為國傢戰略。其多元化的髮展迫切要求高效、快捷的信息服務。中國石油大學（華東）圖書館應以其豐富的文獻信息資源、人纔優勢、硬件優勢及區位優勢為基礎，通過建設科技文獻資源共享平檯、建設地方文獻數據庫、提供定題服務、提供信息咨詢等途徑，為黃河三角洲開髮建設開展多層次、多形式的文獻信息服務，促進黃河三角洲地區經濟的快速髮展，使其文獻信息資源髮揮齣巨大的社會效益和經濟效益。

The development and construction of the Yellow River Delta has been ranked as a national key strategy. Its diversified development needs efficient and shortcut information service. Library of China University of Petroleum （ East China） should provide multiform and multi-level literature information services and consultation for the development and construction of the Yellow River Delta by relying on its abundant information resources, talents, equipment and facilities, and location advantages, and also by constructing the science and technology literature resource sharing platform and the database for local literatures so as to promote the rapid development of the Yellow River Delta area and make the literature information resources of the library of China University of Petroleum （ East China） produce great social effects and economic benefits.
