文章在回顾国内外有关文献的基础上,针对我国连锁物流的现状及存在的问题,提出了连锁物流能力、物流学习能力和组织学习的概念及构成要素、组织学习和连锁物流能力的作用关系概念模型,为连锁物流能力及物流服务质量的提升指明了方向,同时也为进一步在中国的实证研究奠定了基础。
文章在迴顧國內外有關文獻的基礎上,針對我國連鎖物流的現狀及存在的問題,提齣瞭連鎖物流能力、物流學習能力和組織學習的概唸及構成要素、組織學習和連鎖物流能力的作用關繫概唸模型,為連鎖物流能力及物流服務質量的提升指明瞭方嚮,同時也為進一步在中國的實證研究奠定瞭基礎。

Based on reviewing the domestic and overseas literature,this paper puts forward the concept and components of chain store logistics capability,logistics learning capability and organizational learning.It also develops a model to study the relationship between chain store logistics capability and organizational learning based on the current situation and problems in China’s chain store logistics.It not only clearly shows the direction for promoting logistics capability and logistics service quality in chain store,but also lays the foundation for future empirical research on this aspect in China.
