我国电子信息制造业产品碳足迹高,技术相对落后,加之外向型的特点,在低碳经济背景下面临着多方面的挑战。另一方面,其他行业减少碳排放离不开电子信息技术的支持,因此全球的低碳行动也给我国电子信息制造业带来巨大的发展契机。我国政府应顺应低碳经济背景下电子信息制造业的发展方向,综合实施产业导向、财政支持和市场引导等措施,促进电子信息制造业的健康快速发展。
我國電子信息製造業產品碳足跡高,技術相對落後,加之外嚮型的特點,在低碳經濟揹景下麵臨著多方麵的挑戰。另一方麵,其他行業減少碳排放離不開電子信息技術的支持,因此全毬的低碳行動也給我國電子信息製造業帶來巨大的髮展契機。我國政府應順應低碳經濟揹景下電子信息製造業的髮展方嚮,綜閤實施產業導嚮、財政支持和市場引導等措施,促進電子信息製造業的健康快速髮展。

Low carbon economy is the world development tendency.As an important industry in China＇s national economy,electronic and information industry will face many challenges in the low carbon economy for its high carbon footprint and lag in technology.At the same time,low carbon actions around the world bring many opportunities for China＇s electronic and information industry.The China government is suggested to adopt comprehensive measures such as industrial direction and financial support to reply to the challenges and take the opportunities to promote the development of China＇s electronic and information industry.
