It is necessary to cultivate the subject of people and the sence of career identity and industry belonging in vocational education, so as to integrate the study of the learner with the value orientation of human being. The "Hongbang" educational mode has formed the culture of career identity and industry belonging by establishing educational system of "joint venture", "cooperation" and "joint operation" with practice as its subject, establishing teaching mode of career identity and industry belonging, establishing educational brand of career identity and industry belonging.
