从城市的经济竞争力、社会竞争力、环境竞争力三个层面分析了城市园林对提升城市竞争力的作用，并以无锡园林为例进行了实证研究。认为城市园林对提升城市竞争力有着重要的、广泛的影响，在经济层面应重点关注城市园林的外部性产生的间接经济效益，在社会层面应强调城市园林的社会公益性和产业性的结合，而在环境层面应更需要关注城市园林布局结构对改善城市整体生态环境的重要性。
從城市的經濟競爭力、社會競爭力、環境競爭力三箇層麵分析瞭城市園林對提升城市競爭力的作用，併以無錫園林為例進行瞭實證研究。認為城市園林對提升城市競爭力有著重要的、廣汎的影響，在經濟層麵應重點關註城市園林的外部性產生的間接經濟效益，在社會層麵應彊調城市園林的社會公益性和產業性的結閤，而在環境層麵應更需要關註城市園林佈跼結構對改善城市整體生態環境的重要性。

In order to analyze interrelation between urban competitiveness and city landscape architecture from a whole - urban perspective, this article explores the role of city landscape architecture in enhancing the competitiveness of cities from three dimensions of economic, social and environment, and then takes Wuxi for example to give empirical experience. City landscape architecture will provide a wide range of important benefits in enhancing urban competitiveness. This article concludes that in the economic dimension, we should pay more attention to the indirect benefit; in the social dimension, we should be more emphasis on the combination of public - welfare and profitability; and in the environmental dimension, the structure and form of city landscape architecture are the most crucial factors.
