农村教师教育质量直接决定农村教师整体素质提升和农村教育发展方向。调查发现,当前农村教师教育存在“去农化”、“走过场”以及管理“不到位”等流弊。地方高师作为农村教师教育的主战场,在向综合化转型过程中必须坚守教师教育优势,直面农村基础教育,增强地方高师课程的综合化、一体化、实践性、实效性,促进农村教师专业化发展。

Teachers are the key elements that affect rural educational development.The quality of teacher education in rural areas directly determines the overall quality of rural teachers and rural education reform.The investigation indicates that the rural teacher education bears the disadvantage of"deruralization","going through the motions"and"mismanagement".It is required that,as the main battlefield,the local senior normal colleges should stick to the advantage of teacher education,face the rural basic education and enhance the professional quality of the rural teachers in the transformation of integration.
