职业教育“以就业为导向”在认识与实践层面都存在争议与误区。本文认为,不容乐观的实践结果表明对“就业导向”的理解必须是全面而深入的、以人为本的;在价值层面的分析表明,其与职业教育的本质、人的全面发展、社会发展存在必然而统一的联系。只有实现对其内涵的全面理解与功利性价值的超越,才能达到与应然价值相统一的结果。

There are disputes and misunderstandings in knowing and practing the" Employment -Orientated" vocational education. Not optimistic practical results show that the understanding of "Employment Orientation" must be comprehensive, in - depth and human - centered. And the value analysis shows that it has an inevitable and uniform contact with the nature of vocational education, comprehensive human development and social development. Only a comprehensive understanding of its meaning and transcendence of utilitarian value can the value be achieved and the result be unified.
