The female worker rights and interests safeguard level was affected by three aspects such as the enterprise intrinsic anticipated income, the internal restriction as well as government supervision, that low level of the female worker rights and interests safeguard mainly due to the related system design defects. So, the government should encourage enterprise's employees to set up the non-governmental labour union, construct the women's rights and interests safeguard compensation mechanism to solve problems properly.
