本文通过对236位不同企业的员工进行调查,探讨企业社会责任形象与员工工作满意度、组织公民行为之间的相互关系。研究结果显示:(1)企业社会责任形象与员工工作满意度之间存在显著正向的相关关系,且劳工权益和人权保障对员工工作满意度有正向预测作用。人权保障和劳工权益对工作本身及工作关系、薪酬福利有正向预测作用;人权保障、管理系统和劳工权益对自我发展有正向预测作用;(2)企业社会责任形象与组织公民行为之间存在显著正向的相关关系,人权保障和劳工权益对组织公民行为有正向预测作用;(3)员工工作满意度与组织公民行为之间存在显著正向相关关系,工作本身和工作关系对组织公民行为有正向预测作用。

This study attempts to use the corporate social responsibility image (CSR) as a starting point to explore the relationship among corporate social responsibility image, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) by a questionnaire survey on 236 employees of different enterprises. The results are: ( 1 ) There is a significant positive correlation between corporate social responsibility image and job satisfaction, and human fights protection and labor rights have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Human fights protection and labor fights have a positive effect on work relationship, pay and welfare. Human fights protection, management system and labor fights have a positive effect on personal development. (2) There is a significant positive correlation between corporate so- cial responsibility image and OCB, and human rights protection and labor rights have a positive effect on OCB. (3) There is a significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and OCB, work relationship has a positive effect on OCB.
