通过对我国12个省34个国家重点林木育种基地和省级林木良种基地的考察，评述了我国林木良种基地建设现状；以历史发展实践，论述了持续经营、正确决策的重要性；着重阐述了国家重点林木良种基地的定位和规划工作；提出了建设好国家重点林木良种基地的关键技术；强调必须实施良种生产建设与科研并进的政策。林木育种才能取得显著成果。
通過對我國12箇省34箇國傢重點林木育種基地和省級林木良種基地的攷察，評述瞭我國林木良種基地建設現狀；以歷史髮展實踐，論述瞭持續經營、正確決策的重要性；著重闡述瞭國傢重點林木良種基地的定位和規劃工作；提齣瞭建設好國傢重點林木良種基地的關鍵技術；彊調必鬚實施良種生產建設與科研併進的政策。林木育種纔能取得顯著成果。

Based on 31 provinces state key forest tree seed breeding bases and provincial bases, this paper introduces the current base construction, forest thoroughbred in practice, discusses the historical development of business, the importance of correct decisions, elaborates key national forest thoroughbred base location and planning, Proposed constructing national key forest thoroughbred base key technology, emphasizes the implementation of scientific research and production of construction in varieties of policy, forest breeding can have made remarkable achievements.
