基于2005～2008年期间各省（市）、自治区的截面数据,通过建立计量经济模型研究了人口受教育程度和ISO9000认证对区域质量竞争力的影响。计量模型分析结果表明,人口受教育年限和ISO9000认证都对区域质量竞争力有显著而积极的影响,尽管如此,但两者的作用程度并不相同,前者的作用比后者要大得多。同时,研究还发现,随着时间的推移,区域质量竞争力的人均受教育程度弹性的趋势呈稳步增长,而ISO9000认证密度弹性则表现为逐渐减弱的趋势。

Based on the cross-section data of Chinese provinces from 2005 to 2008,the paper studies the influences of the educational level of population and ISO9000 certification on regional quality competitiveness by establishing econometric models. The results show that their influences on regional quality competitiveness are significant and positive; however,the degree of their influences varies,and the former has more significant impact than the latter on regional quality competitiveness. At same time,the research finds that the trend of average educational attainment elasticity of regional quality competitiveness gradually increased with the passage of time,but the density elasticity of ISO9000 certification gradually decreased.
