当前大学教师的人格教育作用正在经受着各种挑战而日见减弱,大学教师“人格教育者”形象有待重塑。而重塑的办法,一方面有待于高等教育改革的进一步开展与深化,另一方面也需要人们充分挖掘现有体制下发挥教师人格教育作用的各种有效途径和方法。
噹前大學教師的人格教育作用正在經受著各種挑戰而日見減弱,大學教師“人格教育者”形象有待重塑。而重塑的辦法,一方麵有待于高等教育改革的進一步開展與深化,另一方麵也需要人們充分挖掘現有體製下髮揮教師人格教育作用的各種有效途徑和方法。
당전대학교사적인격교육작용정재경수착각충도전이일견감약,대학교사“인격교육자”형상유대중소。이중소적판법,일방면유대우고등교육개혁적진일보개전여심화,령일방면야수요인문충분알굴현유체제하발휘교사인격교육작용적각충유효도경화방법。
The contemporary university teachers' role in personality education is being challenged and weakened,hence the need for rebuilding their image as personality educators. However,this relies on further reform of higher education and exploration of effective ways and methods to give play to the teachers' roles under the current systems.
