当前大学教师的人格教育作用正在经受着各种挑战而日见减弱,大学教师“人格教育者”形象有待重塑。而重塑的办法,一方面有待于高等教育改革的进一步开展与深化,另一方面也需要人们充分挖掘现有体制下发挥教师人格教育作用的各种有效途径和方法。

The contemporary university teachers＇ role in personality education is being challenged and weakened,hence the need for rebuilding their image as personality educators. However,this relies on further reform of higher education and exploration of effective ways and methods to give play to the teachers＇ roles under the current systems.
