完美主义在大学生群体中是一种普遍存在的心理现象,它会对个体学业成绩、身心健康产生很多影响。本研究以大学生为研究对象,在中国文化背景下对大学生完美主义及其与自我和谐的关系进行探讨。本研究采用自编大学生完美主义问卷与自我和谐问卷对1195名大学生进行了测量,研究结果表明,大学生完美主义与自我和谐呈显著正相关,完美主义总分能够显著正向预测自我和谐。在完美主义的五个因子中,关注错误及家人期望两个维度对于自我和谐有正向的预测效果,而与人比较、自省及条理性三个维度对于自我和谐有负向的预测作用。

Perfectionism in university students is a universal psychological phenomenon, which would have a great influence on individual academic achievement, physical and mental health. Taking university students as the subjects, this study carries on a discussion on the relationship between university student perfectionism and self-consistency and congruence in the context of Chinese culture. A survey with self-compiled perfectionism and self-consistency and congruence questionnaires were made among 1195 university students. The results show that perfectionism and self-consistency and congruence in university students were positively correlated, and the total score of perfectionism could significantly predict a positive self-consistency and congruence. In the five factors of perfectionism, the two facets of error concrern and family expectation have a positive predicting effect on self-consistency and congruence, while the other three facets of comparion, introspection and orderliness have a negative one.
