瞬息多变的市场环境对服务业企业的战略管理提出了更高的要求,文章为了改善服务性行业的管理水平并提高其绩效及战略管理水平,基于服务利润链和平衡积分卡的相关性,将平衡积分卡这一工具和系统动力学的方法引入到服务业中。作者运用系统动力学方法来改善以往平衡积分卡应用中存在的动态不足性问题,建立动态的平衡积分卡仿真模型,模拟观察企业成长各阶段的内外环境的变化情况并进行长短期的对比,最终为服务性企业的战略管理提供量化依据,提高企业的管理水平。

The ever changing market environment requires enterprises in service sector improving their level of management,as well as that of performance and strategy.The instrument of balanced scorecard and the method of system dynamics are introduced to this sector based on the relevance between service profit chain and balanced scorecard.The balanced scorecard is improved by the adoption of system dynamic method and an emulated model of dynamic scorecard is constructed.The goal is to imitate the changes of internal and external environment of enterprises in different stages of development in order to provide quantitative data to the strategic management of the enterprise and improve the level of the management.
