国际工程承包市场竞争日益激烈,我国建设企业综合竞争力亟待提升。文章从新兴古典经济学分工理论视角,提出我国建设企业的战略联盟跨国经营模式,论述战略联盟在促进建设企业分工,诱发技术创新、增强联盟企业的专业化竞争优势、降低联盟企业间交易费用,实现联盟企业间资源有效的整合等方面的优势,为我国建设企业跨国经营提供理论借鉴。

The competition in the international construction market is increasingly vigorous,competitiveness in Chinese construction enterprises is not very well. This paper studies from the divisional theory in new-classical economics,puts forward the transnational management mode of strategic alliance,and discusses competitive advantage of strategic alliance for construction enterprises,such as：promoting division,inducing technology innovation,strengthening specialized competition advantage of the alliance enterprises,reducing transfer cost,integrating of resources of the alliance enterprises. The above work can give the suggestion for Chinese construction enterprises＇ transnational management.
