师范生免费教育政策在实践中存在对象主体出发点与政策理想期待差异的矛盾、“有志”和“优秀”错位的矛盾、“入口”和“出口”资格差异的矛盾,以及职业选择市场调节和行政安排错向的矛盾等多维矛盾。国家教育政策需要从“重视个人”切入,改善教育总体环境,创造更多的社会综合条件,使这些客观存在的矛盾向着国家、地区和个人利益最大化和利益双赢方向良性发展。
