通过对北京市高三体育特长生现状的调查,研究制定2011年体育特长生测试标准与办法是确保具备二级运动员水平条件的体育特长生能按照教育部政策进行高考录取的重要手段,《标准》既要体现教育部在高考时对学生体育特长高考管理的严谨,又要保证不因监管不到位而影响到广大高考学生的利益,为高考招收体育人才良性发展把好第一关。本文采用访谈法、调查法,通过了解高考复习对北京地区高三体育特长生参加比赛的影响以及运动水平、身体素质现状等问题,力图为制定北京市体育特长生测试标准提供有价值的参照。建议招生主管部门在高考体育特长生专项测试中考虑因高考造成的身体素质下降的因素;同时建议在体育特长生测试方法与监督手段方面,进一步加大管理力度,以保证测试的公平性与准确性。

From the survey of the students with sport specialty at the third year of the high school,it is necessary to formulate the standard and measures of evaluation of students with sport specialty to ensure that the students qualified for the second-degree athletes will be enrolled by the standard of the examination.The paper adopts the method of interview and survey,the authors explore effect of the exam on the particular group of the students and the sport level and physical condition of these students in order to provide references to the evaluation standard of the students.I proposes that the department in charge should consider that the entrance examination may cause the decline of the physical condition of the students and that might affect the performance of the students in sport test.And at the same time,the authors propose that the management of the evaluation and monitor method of the students with sport speciality should be enhanced to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the test.
