以我国女子铁饼运动员李艳凤为研究对象,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、生物力学测试法和数理统计法对她的时间、空间和速度等技术特征进行分析,结果发现李艳凤动作幅度大,双支撑起转阶段起转速度低、预摆扭转小、时间短、下蹲大;单支撑旋转阶段铁饼快加速、旋转时间短,膝关节蹬伸速度快、幅度大、转动姿势低;腾空阶段技术时间短、肩髋扭转紧和速度快,加速用力早、着地姿势高;转换阶段铁饼处在加速状态,转换速度快、用力早、旋转幅度大、着地重心高;最后用力阶段李艳凤以旋转用力为主,用力时间短、速度快,出手角度低、速度快、出手高;建议李艳凤双支撑旋转阶段增大肩髋角,减小投掷臂预摆幅度,提高技术稳定性。
以我國女子鐵餅運動員李豔鳳為研究對象,運用文獻資料法、專傢訪談法、生物力學測試法和數理統計法對她的時間、空間和速度等技術特徵進行分析,結果髮現李豔鳳動作幅度大,雙支撐起轉階段起轉速度低、預襬扭轉小、時間短、下蹲大;單支撐鏇轉階段鐵餅快加速、鏇轉時間短,膝關節蹬伸速度快、幅度大、轉動姿勢低;騰空階段技術時間短、肩髖扭轉緊和速度快,加速用力早、著地姿勢高;轉換階段鐵餅處在加速狀態,轉換速度快、用力早、鏇轉幅度大、著地重心高;最後用力階段李豔鳳以鏇轉用力為主,用力時間短、速度快,齣手角度低、速度快、齣手高;建議李豔鳳雙支撐鏇轉階段增大肩髖角,減小投擲臂預襬幅度,提高技術穩定性。
이아국녀자철병운동원리염봉위연구대상,운용문헌자료법、전가방담법、생물역학측시법화수리통계법대저적시간、공간화속도등기술특정진행분석,결과발현리염봉동작폭도대,쌍지탱기전계단기전속도저、예파뉴전소、시간단、하준대;단지탱선전계단철병쾌가속、선전시간단,슬관절등신속도쾌、폭도대、전동자세저;등공계단기술시간단、견관뉴전긴화속도쾌,가속용력조、착지자세고;전환계단철병처재가속상태,전환속도쾌、용력조、선전폭도대、착지중심고;최후용력계단리염봉이선전용력위주,용력시간단、속도쾌,출수각도저、속도쾌、출수고;건의리염봉쌍지탱선전계단증대견관각,감소투척비예파폭도,제고기술은정성。
In this paper,the methods of literature review,expert interview,bio-mechanical testing and mathematical statistics are applied to explore the discus throwing technique of Li Yan-feng,including the timing,space and velocity.The main conclusions are as follows: Li Yan-feng throw rotation range is large;Start velocity is low,swing small,time is short,and squat is low on the first double support stage;Rotate time is short,knee angle changes big,the extend velocity is high and CM is low on single support stage.Strength exertion is earlier,the swing is large,the CM is high and the right foot contacts the ground on flying stage;Li Yan-feng is on the course of velocity increase on the transition stage.The transitions velocity is high,the strength exertion is earlier,and foot width is large;Rotation is the mainly strength exertion means of Li Yan-feng and swing large.The velocity is high and throwing height is high on final stage.It proposes that Li Yan-feng can increase torso turn round,shorten rotation swing and improve technique performance stability.
