低碳出版战略是一个系统工程,它以低能耗、高产能为目标,可以极大地促进新闻出版产业发展方式的转变。实现这一转变的过程,必然会带动新的技术与新闻出版产业的融合,使整个新闻出版产业链条流程再造和调整新闻出版产业的结构。在全球发展低碳经济的背景下,讨论我国实施低碳出版战略的必要性和意义,以及我国实现低碳出版战略的具体实施路径。
低碳齣版戰略是一箇繫統工程,它以低能耗、高產能為目標,可以極大地促進新聞齣版產業髮展方式的轉變。實現這一轉變的過程,必然會帶動新的技術與新聞齣版產業的融閤,使整箇新聞齣版產業鏈條流程再造和調整新聞齣版產業的結構。在全毬髮展低碳經濟的揹景下,討論我國實施低碳齣版戰略的必要性和意義,以及我國實現低碳齣版戰略的具體實施路徑。

Low carbon publishing strategy is a systematic engineering,whose aim is to realize low energy consumption and high efficiency.It could promote the transformation of development mode of news publishing industry greatly,and realize the aim of low carbon and low energy consumption from high carbon and high energy consumption.In order to realize the shift,it will drive new technology application in the news publishing industryand adjust the industrial structure of press and publication.This paper mainly discusses the necessity and significance of China implementing low carbon publishing strategy,and the implementation path of Chinese press and publication strategy under the background of low-carbon economy development in whole globe.
