宪政在生发和发展过程中受到多种因素和条件的制约,其中与文化、宗教、伦理等因素是有着一定关系。西方基督教和东方儒教因教义的不同和发展过程中的一些差异,对宪政制度产生了不同的影响。中国的宪政制度不发达不能全部归咎于儒家传统文化的影响,但是我们应该努力扬弃儒教思想资源,为建设宪政国家创造越来越好的条件。

The constitutionalism,in the process of germination and development,is affected by many factors,in which culture,religion,ethics,etc.have a certain relationship.Western Christianity and Eastern Confucianism have different effects on the constitutional system due to different teachings and discrepancy in their respective developmental process.It is,undoubtedly,of far reaching significance for our construction of a socialist constitutional country by comparison.
