当前中国医疗体系面临的一个重要问题是部分患者的医疗需要难以转化为医疗需求，解决这个问题不仅需要对医疗供给方进行调整和改革，而且还需要对医疗需求方进行有效的干预。只有对微观个体医疗需求行为进行深入的研究，医疗政策才能对需求方实施准确而有效的干预。国外关于个体医疗需求行为的理论和实证研究非常丰富，这些研究大多以消费者理论和人力资本理论为基础建立个体医疗需求模型，并且应用各种微观计量经济学方法来识别影响个体医疗需求行为的因素。本文从理论研究框架、实证研究方法以及医疗需求的影响因素三个角度对这些文献进行归纳和总结，在综述以往研究成果的基础上，还提出了在中国政策背景下个体医疗需求行为研究的可能方向。

Current heahh care system in China faces a critical issue that the health care needs of certain patients are hard to turn to demands. In order to deal with this problem, we need not only adjust and reform medical care providers, but also help the medical care users through government interventions. Only through an in - depth analysis of individual medical care demand behaviors can we produce appropriate medial policies to effectively intervene the demands of medical care users. There have been a large number of theoretical and empirical studies on individuals＇ health care demand behavior in foreign countries, which establish individual health care demand model based on consumer theory and human capital theory, and identify the influencing factors by adopting various micro econometrics methods. This paper summarizes existing literature from three aspects： theoretical framework, empirical approach and influencing factors. On the basis of our literature review, we also propose future research directions for individual health care demand behavior in China＇ s context.
