农民工本身所具有的弱势特性使其在就业方面处于劣势。正规就业信息渠道的缺位使得依靠社会资本等非正式制度来获取就业机会变得十分重要。本文将从社会资本在农民工就业机会的获得、社会资本在农民工工资决定方面对已有文献进行综述,并对日后可能的研究方向进行展望。

Migrant workers have employment disadvantages because of their inferior social status. Since the absence of formal channels of employment, to get jobs through informal channels such as social capital is becoming more and more important. The paper reviews the literatures of social capital's impact on getting jobs and their wage. Besides, the outlook of some possible research direction will be proposed.
