In Song Dynasty,the contractual relationship is so general that the legal system of contract has been changed greatly and many new institutions are created.These institutions adapt to the development of commodity economy in Song Dynasty,and show its time characteristics.In Song Dynasty,in order to ensure the performance of contracts,the security system is established and develops into a comparatively complete security system.
