为激励教师潜心教学,国内许多高校在教师职务评聘制度方面已采取积极的改革举措,如将教学成果与科研成果一视同仁、设置教学型教授岗、将实践性教学成果纳入职务评聘指标体系等。但因重科研轻教学的整体倾向、“教学”的内涵认识不足、教学评价指标体系不够完善等因素,教学科研仍难平衡。本文基于充分理解“教学学术”内涵,将大学教师职务评聘制度中教学评价指标体系按照教学活动的实践性、应用研究性、基础研究性进行系统划分和构建,以期使教师教学得到全面合理的承认,实现教学科研等效评价,促进教学科研平衡发展。

In order to inspire the teaching enthusiasm of faculty, special evaluation issues of all sorts were proposed and conducted in universities, such as equivalence of the achievements of teaching and research, foundation of special professor position for teaching, introduction of an achievements index of teaching practices, etc. Comparing with the research, the e- valuation of teaching is ambiguous and lack of practicability. It is because that there isn' t a systematic theory to define and classify "teaching". In this paper, after fully understanding the connotation of "the scholarship of teaching", we classified "teaching" as practical skills of teaching, applied research of teaching and basic research of teaching, and then formulated policies accordingly. In this system, teaching and research are becoming comparable and evaluated equivalently.
