通过对世界优秀耐力性项目运动员负荷安排特点的总结,并结合相关研究成果分析,发现:优秀耐力运动员更倾向于采用大量低强度负荷构建牢固的耐力基础,适当安排高强度负荷,较少利用"乳酸阈"强度的"两极化训练"模式。这样可以合理布局负荷节奏,平衡训练适应和压力之间的关系,获得更大的训练效益。
通過對世界優秀耐力性項目運動員負荷安排特點的總結,併結閤相關研究成果分析,髮現:優秀耐力運動員更傾嚮于採用大量低彊度負荷構建牢固的耐力基礎,適噹安排高彊度負荷,較少利用"乳痠閾"彊度的"兩極化訓練"模式。這樣可以閤理佈跼負荷節奏,平衡訓練適應和壓力之間的關繫,穫得更大的訓練效益。
통과대세계우수내력성항목운동원부하안배특점적총결,병결합상관연구성과분석,발현:우수내력운동원경경향우채용대량저강도부하구건뢰고적내력기출,괄당안배고강도부하,교소이용"유산역"강도적"량겁화훈련"모식。저양가이합리포국부하절주,평형훈련괄응화압력지간적관계,획득경대적훈련효익。
Through the methods of summary of the load arrangements among the world elite endurance athletes,combining with analysis of relevant research results,it can be found:elite endurance athletes tend to the "polarized-training" mode which emphasized the use of a large number of low-intensity loads to build a solid foundation for appropriate arrangements for high-intensity loads,and less use of "lactate threshold" intensity.In this way,we could load the rational distribution of rhythm,balance the relationship between adaptation of training and stress of training,and arrive at the greater training efficiency.
