对10名跳远专项二级运动员进行振动力量训练。研究表明:在刺激频率为30~35Hz,加速度25~30 m/s2条件下,经过8周系统的振动力量训练,试验组髋关节的屈伸肌群与对照组屈肌肌群最大功增长都非常明显,表现出髋关节屈肌最大功比试验前有显著性地提高,试验组髋关节屈伸肌最大功增长幅度比对照组屈伸肌最大功幅度大。试验组髋关节伸肌对照组屈伸肌峰力矩前4周比后4周增长幅度大,后4周增长幅度有所减缓,试验组后4周髋关节屈伸肌峰力矩增长幅度比对照组高。髋关节伸肌相对峰力矩力量增长幅度比屈肌要大。
對10名跳遠專項二級運動員進行振動力量訓練。研究錶明:在刺激頻率為30~35Hz,加速度25~30 m/s2條件下,經過8週繫統的振動力量訓練,試驗組髖關節的屈伸肌群與對照組屈肌肌群最大功增長都非常明顯,錶現齣髖關節屈肌最大功比試驗前有顯著性地提高,試驗組髖關節屈伸肌最大功增長幅度比對照組屈伸肌最大功幅度大。試驗組髖關節伸肌對照組屈伸肌峰力矩前4週比後4週增長幅度大,後4週增長幅度有所減緩,試驗組後4週髖關節屈伸肌峰力矩增長幅度比對照組高。髖關節伸肌相對峰力矩力量增長幅度比屈肌要大。

Vibration strength training was conducted to 10 long jump athletes.Research showed that in the stimulus frequency 30-35Hz,acceleration 25-30 m/s2 conditions,the vibration of the system through 8-week strength training,the experimental group hip flexion and extension muscle flexor muscles with the control group the largest increase in power is very clearly demonstrated than that in the hip flexor maximum work before the experiment was significantly improved in the experimental group the largest power hip flexion and extension muscle growth than the control group.Experimental group,control group,the hip extensor muscle flexion and extension peak torque compared with the first four weeks after four weeks growth in large,growth has slowed down after four weeks,four weeks after the experimental group,the hip flexion and extension peak torque muscle growth rate are higher than the control group.Hip extensor peak torque strength of the relative growth rate is larger than the flexors.
