研制开发了一种用于散打教学、训练和评价的移动测力靶。利用该测力靶可以测定散打练习者移动中的击打力值,以及单位时间内的打点次数,为执教者和练习者即时提供数值化的学习和训练效果信息。

The authors developed a moving power measurement target used for the teaching,training and evaluation of free style boxing.With the use of this target,the target hit power and unit time target hit counts of free style boxers on the move can be measured.The authors provided the coaches and boxers with numerical information regarding the learning and training effects at real time.
